I’m Janet Marie Hillis. My medium is driftwood. I love the interesting shapes of driftwood. Each piece I create has a special meaning for me. I started coming to Madeline Island to visit my in-laws. I’ve been a member of Woods Hall for about three years. I love meeting other Woods Hall artists and learning about the variety of artists represented in the Gallery.
